Flexible Timing

Flexible Timing is a company policy that allows employees to have more control over their work schedule. This policy enables employees to work outside the traditional 10-to-7 schedule, giving them the flexibility to choose when they want to work, as long as they complete their assigned tasks within the set deadlines. Flexible Timing allows employees to have a better work-life balance and reduces stress levels, resulting in increased productivity, job satisfaction, and employee retention.

Work life balance

We believe that life is bigger than work. We work so that we can have a good life. We all are much more than what we bring to work. We are all part of our society, culture and our surroundings and we want you to be engaged with your community. Work should NOT be all life consuming.

40 hours is enough

We believe that our employees should work smart and be productive during their designated work hours. We do not encourage or promote working overtime or excessively long hours, as we believe it can negatively impact employee health, happiness, and overall job satisfaction. As a result, we have implemented a menstrual leave policy to provide female employees with the option to take time off during their menstrual cycle if needed. 2 week vacation

At our company, we offer our employees a two-week paid vacation after they complete two years of employment with us. This is a way for us to show our appreciation for their hard work and dedication over the past two years.
